The R-500 connects straight to your mains water — no bottles to refill. Take two minutes with these steps before your first glass.R-500 直接连接自来水管——无需更换水桶。第一次使用前，花两分钟按以下步骤操作。
- Place it on a stable, level surface放置在平稳的台面上 Keep it away from direct splashing (not beside a sink basin or bath) and leave a little space at the back for the water inlet and power cord. Don't trap the cord behind the unit.远离直接溅水的地方（不要紧靠水槽或浴缸），机身后方留出一些空间以便连接进水口和电源线。切勿让电源线被机身压住。
- Connect the water inlet to your mains将进水口连接到自来水管 Attach the inlet hose to your mains water supply and open the valve. Your supply pressure needs to sit between 0.1–0.4 MPa. The R-500 is designed for tap water.将进水软管接到自来水供水并打开阀门。供水压力需保持在 0.1–0.4 MPa 之间。R-500 适用于自来水。

- Flush before you drink饮用前先冲洗 With new filters, dispense and discard a few tanks of ambient water first to rinse the cartridges. This clears any carbon fines and settles the filters — standard for any new purifier.使用新滤芯时，先接出几箱常温水并倒掉，以冲洗滤芯。这样可冲走活性炭细屑并让滤芯稳定——这是所有新净水器的标准做法。

Your control panel控制面板
The R-500 uses one touch panel with an LCD screen. Here's what each button does. Most temperature buttons pair with the Waterdrop button to actually pour.R-500 采用带 LCD 屏幕的一体式触控面板。以下是每个按键的功能。大多数温度按键需与「水滴」键配合才能出水。
Waterdrop / Ambient水滴 / 常温水
The "pour" button. Press it on its own for room-temperature (ambient) water. Press it together with Hot, Tea or Warm to dispense at that temperature.「出水」键。单独按下可接常温水。与热水、泡茶水或温水键同时按下，即可接出相应温度的水。
Child Lock童锁
On by default. Locks hot, tea and warm water only — cold, ambient and volume stay usable. Tap to unlock temporarily; hold 5 seconds to disable permanently.默认开启。仅锁定热水、泡茶水和温水——冷水、常温水和定量功能仍可使用。轻按可临时解锁；长按 5 秒可永久关闭。
Hot热水
Heats water for dispensing. Default 95°C, adjustable 86–100°C.加热出水。默认 95°C，可在 86–100°C 之间调节。
Tea泡茶水
A gentler hot setting for tea. Default 85°C, adjustable 66–85°C.适合泡茶的较温和热水档。默认 85°C，可在 66–85°C 之间调节。
Warm温水
Warm water for everyday drinking. Default 50°C, adjustable 40–65°C.适合日常饮用的温水。默认 50°C，可在 40–65°C 之间调节。
Cold冷水
Press to pour chilled water (4–12°C). Hold 5 seconds to switch cooling on or off.按下可接冷水（4–12°C）。长按 5 秒可开启或关闭制冷。
Volume定量
Choose a fixed pour size: 140 / 250 / 500 / 999 ml. Each is adjustable — see Settings.选择固定出水量：140 / 250 / 500 / 999 毫升。每档均可调节——详见「设置」。
Filter滤芯
Press once to check remaining filter life, shown as a percentage (%).按一次可查看剩余滤芯寿命，以百分比（%）显示。
UVC SterilizerUVC 杀菌
The UV-C LED runs automatically when water is at or below 65°C, adding a layer of sterilisation.当水温不高于 65°C 时，UV-C LED 会自动运行，提供额外杀菌。
Night light & standby夜灯与待机
A soft night light stays on (blue by default). The panel sleeps after 120 seconds — press any key to wake it.柔和的夜灯常亮（默认蓝色）。面板在 120 秒后进入休眠——按任意键唤醒。
Dispensing water接水操作
Five ways to pour. If Child Lock is on, tap the lock first for the three heated modes, then press the mode and the Waterdrop button together.五种出水方式。若童锁已开启，接三种加热水前请先轻按童锁 解锁，再同时按下对应模式键和「水滴」键。
Hot热水
Press Hot, then Waterdrop, to pour. To change the temperature, use the − / + keys. Hold Hot for 5 seconds to enter the boiling-point setting; the unit remembers your last choice. Press any button to stop.按热水键，再按「水滴」键即可出水。使用 − / + 键调节温度。长按热水键 5 秒进入沸点设置；本机会记住您上次的设置。按任意键停止出水。
Tea泡茶水

Cold冷水

Ambient常温水
Press the Waterdrop button on its own for unheated, unchilled filtered water — the fastest pour.单独按下「水滴」键，接出不加热不制冷的过滤水——出水最快。

Press any key to stop dispensing at any time. Set a fixed volume if you'd rather it stop on its own.随时按任意键即可停止出水。若希望自动停止，可设置固定出水量。
Filters & replacement滤芯与更换
The R-500 runs a 2-filter, 4-stage smart filtration system. Both filters last about 2,300 litres or 12 months — whichever comes first — and the unit tracks this for you by flow and time.R-500 采用 2 滤芯、4 级智能过滤系统。两个滤芯的寿命约为 2,300 升或 12 个月——以先到者为准——本机会根据流量和时间自动为您记录。
Clean & balance净化与平衡

Check filter life查看滤芯寿命
Press the Filter button once. The screen shows the percentage (%) of filter life remaining.按一次「滤芯」键。屏幕会以百分比（%）显示剩余滤芯寿命。
When it's time到期提示
At 2,300 L or 365 days, the filter light turns red and flashes. If left, the buzzer sounds three times every three hours until you replace it.达到 2,300 升或 365 天时，滤芯指示灯会变红并闪烁。若不处理，蜂鸣器每 3 小时响 3 次，直到更换滤芯为止。
Settings & personalisation设置与个性化
The R-500 remembers your preferences. Here's how to tune it to your household.R-500 会记住您的偏好设置。以下是根据家庭需求进行调节的方法。
Set your preferred temperatures (hot, tea, warm & cold)设置您偏好的温度（热水、泡茶水、温水、冷水）
Use the − and + keys to adjust while a mode is selected. To set the hot boiling point specifically, hold the Hot button for 5 seconds to enter boiling-point mode, then adjust with − / +. The system saves and remembers your last setting.
Cold temperature: hold the Cold button and the control together for a few seconds to adjust from 4–12°C.
选定某一模式后，用 − 和 + 键调节。若要专门设置热水沸点，长按热水键 5 秒进入沸点设置模式，再用 − / + 调节。系统会保存并记住您上次的设置。

Choose a fixed pour volume选择固定出水量
The Volume button cycles four presets, each adjustable in 10 ml steps:
- 140 ml — adjustable 50–200 ml
- 250 ml — adjustable 210–400 ml
- 500 ml — adjustable 410–700 ml
- 999 ml — adjustable 710–999 ml
定量键可循环切换四个预设档位，每档均可按 10 毫升步进调节：

Adjust flow rate (ambient & cold)调节出水流量（常温与冷水）
Ambient: hold the Waterdrop button and the control together to set flow between 650–850 ml (default 750), in 50 ml steps.
Cold: hold the Cold button and the control together to set flow from 80%–100% (default 100%), in 10% steps.
常温水：同时长按「水滴」 键和 键，可将流量设置在 650–850 毫升 之间（默认 750），每次步进 50 毫升。
冷水：同时长按冷水 键和 键，可将流量设置在 80%–100% 之间（默认 100%），每次步进 10%。
Child Lock — unlock, disable, re-enable童锁——解锁、关闭、重新开启
Child Lock is on by default (red light) and locks hot, tea and warm water. Cold, ambient and volume stay usable.
- To dispense hot/tea/warm: tap Child Lock to unlock, then press the mode and Waterdrop.
- Disable permanently: hold Child Lock for 5 seconds (red light off).
- Re-enable: hold it again for 5 seconds.
If not permanently disabled, the lock re-arms automatically when the screen sleeps.
童锁默认开启（红灯），锁定热水、泡茶水和温水。冷水、常温水和定量功能仍可使用。
- 接热水/泡茶水/温水：轻按童锁解锁，再按对应模式键和「水滴」键。
- 永久关闭：长按童锁 5 秒（红灯熄灭）。
- 重新开启：再次长按 5 秒。

Night light & standby夜灯与待机
The night light stays on, blue by default, and changes with what you pour: red for hot and tea, purple for warm, blue for cold and ambient. When no water is flowing, hold the Tea button for 5 seconds to turn the night light off or on.
After 120 seconds of inactivity the panel enters standby and all lights turn off except the Waterdrop icon. Press any key to wake it.
夜灯常亮，默认蓝色，并随出水类型变色：热水和泡茶水为红色，温水为紫色，冷水和常温水为蓝色。在未出水时，长按泡茶键 5 秒可关闭或开启夜灯。

Cooling on/off制冷开关
Hold the Cold button for 5 seconds to toggle cooling on or off (it's on by default). Make sure the snowflake is showing — cooling must be on to dispense cold water.

Why won't my hot water dispense?为什么接不出热水？
Almost always Child Lock. It's on by default and locks the hot, tea and warm modes. Tap the Child Lock button to unlock, then press Hot followed by the Waterdrop button to pour. If you'd rather not unlock each time, hold Child Lock for 5 seconds to disable it permanently.

Is the water safe to drink straight away?水可以马上饮用吗？
Yes, once set up — but with new or freshly replaced filters, flush a few tanks of ambient water first and discard them. This rinses the cartridges. The 4-stage filter system plus the UV-C steriliser is designed to deliver safe, great-tasting water from tap supply.
安装完成后即可饮用——但更换新滤芯后，请先接出几箱常温水并倒掉，以冲洗滤芯。4 级过滤系统加上 UV-C 杀菌，可将自来水处理为安全、口感优良的饮用水。
My water tastes or smells a little off水有点异味或怪味
Two common causes: the filters are new (flush a few tanks to clear carbon fines) or they're near end of life. Press the Filter button to check remaining life — if it's low or the light is red, replace the cartridges. Taste and odour reduction depend on fresh carbon.
常见两种原因：滤芯是新的（接出几箱水冲走炭屑即可），或滤芯接近寿命末期。按「滤芯」键查看剩余寿命——若数值偏低或指示灯变红，请更换滤芯。去除异味依赖活性炭的活性。
How long do the filters last and how do I check?滤芯能用多久？如何查看？
Each filter lasts about 2,300 litres or 12 months, whichever comes first. Press Filter once to see remaining life as a percentage (%). When it's due, the filter light turns red and flashes. See Filters & replacement for the full detail.

The unit is beeping — what does that mean?机器在响——是什么意思？
If it beeps three times every three hours, a filter has reached the end of its life. Replace the cartridge. A single chord sound when you touch a button is normal feedback. If you see an error code with the beeping, check Troubleshooting.
若每 3 小时响 3 次，说明滤芯已到寿命末期，请更换滤芯。触碰按键时的单次和弦提示音属正常反馈。若响声伴随错误代码，请查看「故障排除」。
Can I change the water temperatures?可以调节水温吗？
Yes. Select a mode and use the − / + keys. Hot is adjustable 86–100°C, tea 66–85°C, warm 40–65°C. Hold Hot for 5 seconds to set the boiling point. The R-500 remembers your settings.

What does the UV / steriliser light do?UV 杀菌灯有什么作用？
The UV-C LED runs automatically to sterilise water when it's at or below 65°C. It's part of normal operation. If the UV function fails, the light flashes for 3 seconds every 6 hours as a reminder — contact support if that happens.
当水温不高于 65°C 时，UV-C LED 会自动运行杀菌，这是正常工作的一部分。若 UV 功能故障，指示灯会每 6 小时闪烁 3 秒作为提醒——如遇此情况请联系客服。
Can I move the dispenser to another room?可以把机器移到别的房间吗？
Yes. Always switch off and unplug first, and disconnect it before moving. Reconnect to a mains water supply and a correctly rated outlet at the new spot, and make sure the cord isn't trapped or damaged behind the unit.
可以。移动前请务必先关机、拔掉电源并断开进水连接。在新位置重新连接自来水和额定合适的插座，并确保电源线未被机身压住或损坏。
Why did the screen go dark?屏幕为什么变暗了？
Standby. After 120 seconds of inactivity the panel sleeps and all lights turn off except the Waterdrop icon. Press any key to wake it. This is normal and saves power.
进入待机了。闲置 120 秒后，面板会休眠，除「水滴」图标外所有灯熄灭。按任意键唤醒。这属正常现象，可省电。
Is it safe around children?对儿童安全吗？
Yes — Child Lock is on by default and blocks the heated modes. Keep the appliance out of children's reach, don't let them operate it unsupervised, and if you've disabled Child Lock, consider re-enabling it in homes with young kids.

Troubleshooting & error codes故障排除与错误代码
If the screen shows a code, find it below. Temperature alarms (H-codes) usually clear on their own once conditions normalise. Sensor, circuit and pump faults (E-codes) mean the unit needs attention — power-cycle once, and if the code returns, contact support rather than opening the unit.若屏幕显示错误代码，请在下方查找。温度报警（H 系列）通常在环境恢复正常后自动解除。传感器、电路和水泵故障（E 系列）表示机器需要检查——先断电重启一次，若代码再次出现，请联系客服，切勿自行拆机。
H2 Ice-formation alarm结冰报警 Auto-recovers自动恢复
Triggered when the inlet water temperature falls to roughly 0–1°C — the unit protects itself from freezing.
当进水温度降至约 0–1°C 时触发——机器自我保护以防结冰。
H3 Over-temperature warning过温警告 Cold still works冷水仍可用
Triggered when the heating-element sensor reaches 106°C or above. Cold water can still be dispensed.

H4 Over-temperature lockout过温锁定 Dispensing paused暂停出水
Triggered when the heating-element sensor reaches 110°C or above. For safety, water dispensing is not permitted until it cools.
